About a visual issue with capes (mantles)

Hi, I've tried to add new capes to a 6.4PT client (Essentials), using 3 capes textures that I had from an old korean client.

And now Im getting this error msg in game.exe Logs

[23:14:06] [ERROR ] SAFCreateTextureFromFileEx .\SAFile.cpp(647)
   Load Texture Failed! [data/cloak/clothtexture/hu/Hu_Mentle021.dds]

I've tried saving the file as DTX1 / 3 and 5, (Im using the nvidia texture tools plugin for photoshop).

Even put back the original Hu_Mentle021.dds from a clean Aeria client, but it keeps showing that error,

and in the game the cape looks white (just the 3D model without a texture).

As a side note, the texture I've tried to add was actually ev_13mantle_hu.dds, not Hu_Mentle021.dds, using SStudio V2

Has anyone run into something like this? The cape visual data is also stored in the Items table or just in Item.SData?

Yeah, replaced the whole cloak folder (from 3 different clients), but same result.

I think it was my mistake, since I remember some older versions of SStudio had a bug when editing capes,

so I started setting Country = 6 for capes, "just in case", and may be that caused the bug.

Now I've set country relative to each class Eg: Fighter Cape = Human and the bug seems to be gone.
